We know that you couldn’t be without your van for a prolonged period of time should you have an accident or your van is stolen. Whether you use your van for business or leisure, our Guaranteed Replacement Van cover can take away any worry you may have in the event of your van being temporarily off the road.

We provide a courtesy van for up to 7 days as standard or you can choose to upgrade your policy to provide you up to 28 or 60 days hire with our Guaranteed Replacement Van or Guaranteed Replacement Van Plus.

If you need to check any details or make a change to your policy, please  log in to your Self-Service Centre. It will be much quicker for you to make changes to your policy online at the moment. Once logged in, you can also use our Webchat service which is available Monday- Saturday 8am-6pm and Sunday 10am-4pm to make changes, accept or decline your renewal or if you need to let us know about a claim.
