Can everyone pay monthly?

Our regulatory body, the FCA, require us to ensure that we only lend to customers who we believe can afford to repay the monthly repayments without putting the customer in any financial distress.  Therefore, we complete affordability assessments at new business, renewal, rebroke and MTA in order to ensure that the customer can afford to repay the monthly premiums. Consequently, there will be some customers who are not eligible for paying by monthly instalments and will be required to pay for their insurance in one lump sum if they wish to continue taking out their insurance with us.
