You will receive your renewal notice around 3 weeks before the renewal date of your current policy. This will be by either post or email. The renewal notice will contain the cost of your insurance for the next year and explain what you need to do to renew your policy. If you are unable to view your renewal offer or have any questions about it, please contact our Customer Service team. Alternatively, you can view your renewal offer online within your My Account. If your renewal offer is no longer available on the homepage, the Renewals booklet is still available by selecting the ‘View Docs’ icon on the right hand side of the Policy Overview page.
