Once logged in, you can also use our Webchat service which is available Monday- Saturday 8am-6pm and Sunday 10am-4pm to make changes, accept or decline your renewal or if you need to let us know about a claim. Budget Insurance Amazon Offer Terms and Conditions.

  1. The offer is open to Budget Insurance customers who quote for and purchase a Car Insurance policy directly through the Budget Car Insurance website or over the phone with our Sales Department. Customers who obtained a quote or purchased a policy through a comparison website are not eligible for the offer. (“Eligible Customers”)
  2. Eligible customers will receive a £30 Amazon.co.uk Gift Card*. (“the Gift Card”).
  3. The Amazon.co.uk Gift Card* entitles customers to add £30 to their Gift Card balance (“the Offer”) and is valid for single use only.
  4. The Gift Card will be provided to customers within 21 days of the start date of the qualifying purchase. Customers will receive the Gift Code via email as long as their policy is still active and has not been set to cancel.
  5. You can use your balance on eligible products on Amazon.co.uk, which includes all physical products, digital content and offers from third-party merchants, but excludes buying new Gift Cards.
  6. The Gift Card is valid only for purchases made through Amazon.co.uk and the Offer may be used by Eligible Customers only.
  7. The Gift Card code is valid until 18 June 2030; thereafter the Gift Card will no longer be valid.
  8. Once redeemed, the Gift Card balance will expire 10 years from the date of issuance.
  9. The Gift Card must be applied before beginning the checkout process to be redeemable against a purchase and cannot be used retrospectively against a purchase already made.
  10. The Gift Card is not transferable, for auction, sale or re-sale or redeemable for cash and there is no cash alternative.
  11. The Offer is presented alongside your Budget Car Insurance Policy and may end if and when your policy ends. In the event our policy ends, no refund will be due in respect of the Offer.
  12. The Offer is valid from 1st July until 30 September 2020.
  13. By using the Offer, you will be deemed to have fully and unconditionally agreed to bound by these terms and conditions. Any person using the Offer does so at their own risk and is solely responsible for ensuring they comply with any terms and conditions applicable to Amazon.co.uk.
  14. Budget Insurance (“the Promoter”) is a trading name of BISL Limited. Registered Office: Pegasus House, Bakewell Road, Orton Southgate ,Peterborough, PE2 6YS. Registered in England No. 3231094. We are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. We are an independent intermediary dealing with selected insurers. For mutual security, calls are recorded for training and monitoring purposes.
  15. The Promotor cannot guarantee the availability or quality of products purchased using the Offer and any complaints or queries arising from the Offer must be dealt with between you and Amazon.co.uk directly.
  16. Liability is not accepted by the Promotor for any personal loss or damage caused to products purchased using the Gift Card. Customers may contact Amazon.co.uk’s Customer Service Team for any queries or complaints relating to the Offer.
  17. The Offer is supplied by the Promotor and any queries relating to this promotion should be sent in writing to Budget Insurance, Pegasus House, Bakewell Road, Orton Southgate, Peterborough, PE2 6YS or over the phone to our Customer Services Team on 0334 412 2118.
  18. This promotion is governed by the laws of England and Wales.

No, both the quote and the sale must be completed directly through Budget Insurance. This can be done on the Budget Insurance website or over the phone through our Sales Department on 0344 871 0099.

Yes you can. As long as the original quote has come directly from us. You can contact our Sales Department on 0344 871 0099.

We will email you within 21 days after the start date of the policy you purchased, with a code, which can then be redeemed on the Amazon.co.uk website.

If you still haven’t received your £30 Amazon.co.uk Gift Card* 21 days after purchasing, please check your Junk Folder in the email inbox you provided to us when purchasing your cover. If you still can’t find the email, please contact our Customer Service Department on 0344 412 2118 who will assist you further.

The voucher codes are valid until 18th June 2030.

  1. Locate your claim code found on the email sent to you by Budget Insurance
  2. Click on the Your Account link found on the email or go to https://www.amazon.co.uk/gc/balance/ref=gc_balance_legacy_to_newgcf?_encoding=UTF8&ref=yadcgc
  3. Select “Redeem a gift card”
  4. Enter your code and click “Apply to your balance”

Once the gift code has been applied to your Amazon.co.uk account, the entire amount will be added to your Gift Card balance. Your Gift Card balance will be automatically applied to eligible orders at checkout.

Please be advised that, if you choose to cancel your policy it is up to you to get alternative cover. Please be aware that it is against the law to drive a vehicle on a public road without insurance.
