RAC Car Breakdown Cover and Assistance
It can be really frustrating when your car goes wrong, and it’s usually at the worst time too. So, why not give yourself peace of mind by getting cover with Britain’s most experienced breakdown service; the RAC.
Should you have RAC Breakdown Assistance you can be sure that their friendly staff will get someone out to you 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Not only that but they fix 4 out of every 5 cars at the roadside.
With 5 levels of assistance available, you can choose exactly the type of cover you actually need.
If you’re more than ¼ of a mile from your home address, the RAC will fix your car at the roadside or if this isn’t possible, they will take your car and up to 8 passengers to the nearest garage, or to a destination of your choice, within 10 miles of the breakdown.
UK roadside and recovery
The same as UK roadside cover, but RAC will also take your car and up to 8 passengers to your destination, or back home anywhere in the UK.
UK roadside, recovery and at home
The same cover as UK roadside and recovery, but RAC will also provide assistance at your home address or within ¼ of a mile of your home address.
UK roadside, recovery, at home and onward travel
The same as UK roadside, recovery and at home, but you also get either replacement car hire for up to 24 hours; onward travel by another means; or overnight accommodation while your car is being repaired, up to a limit of £150 per person or £500 for your party, whichever is less.
EU and UK roadside, recovery, at home and onward travel
