As part of an exciting new collaboration, here at Budget Insurance we have teamed up with some local traders so they can tell us what it’s really like to own your own business. They’ve given us their top tips and honest opinions from their first-hand experiences.
The collaboration aims to raise awareness in support of small, local businesses and hopefully inspires some of our readers to take the plunge into the world of #IOwnMyOwn!
So, without further ado, we would like to introduce you to ‘The Budget Insurance Trade Team’ which consists of an aerial fitter, Mark Pearce who owns MVP Aerials, a vintage crockery supplier, Helen Esposito who owns Magpie Vintage Crockery Hire, a furniture up-cycler Amanda Owen, who owns The Parlour Interiors and a roofer Chinzi Esposito, who owns Chinzi Esposito Roofing Services.
To start off our week of #IOwnMyOwn, we have interviewed Helen Esposito to find out a bit more about her business, Magpie Vintage Crockery Hire! We will be running #IOwnMyOwn on our blog for two weeks so check back in with us daily for more tips and advice from our local entrepreneurs!
Why not get involved? If you have any top tips for anyone wanting to start up their own business or tips for those who already do, let us know by visiting our Facebook page and commenting on our post using the #IOwnMyOwn hashtag.Back to articles
