Vauxhall launches Combo SE van
08 January 2010
Van insurance policyholders are set to have a greater range of models to choose from later this month when Vauxhall launches its new Combo SE into the market.
The manufacturer's commercial vehicles arm has announced that the new vehicle will be launched this month and is set to be fitted with an extra £700 worth of additional equipment.
Among the new features will be front sport seats, a nearside loading door and a Maxx styling pack complete with 15-inch alloy wheels.
The Combo SE offering will be available in four panel van options, fitted with 1.3CDTi engines in a variety of transmissions.
According to Vauxhall, the new van offers customers "great value for money as well as enhanced driver comfort and exterior styling".
The model will be eligible for the firm's 4x4x4x4 offer, under which
car insurance policyholders investing in the model can benefit from four year's finance at zero per cent, roadside assistance for the same length of time and a warranty for up to 80,000 miles.
Earlier this winter, Vauxhall urged van drivers to take extra care of their vehicles and look to spruce up their autos during the festive season.
It outlined a number of accessories and upgrades that could not only enhance the appearance of the van, but potentially help protect against thieves, including a metal rear window grille and security window film.
Vauxhall added that other useful accessories can include a roof rack and a full set of mud flaps.
