How will the new FSA rules affect Dealers?

As you will be aware, the Financial Services Authority (FSA) came into force on the 15th January 2005. You will be pleased to hear that your responsibilities as a dealer have not changed. You can promote the services offered by BUDGET in connection with the sale, arrangement and administration of Van Insurance by displaying and distributing advertising materials and business cards provided by BUDGET and by referring clients to the BUDGET Van Dealer Quote Line. You are not authorised to offer any advice on behalf of BUDGET in connection with any insurance beyond recommending BUDGET as an intermediary able to arrange Van Insurance.

How many insurers do you search to get the best price?

We have 12 top insurers on our panel, all of which we will search to make sure we get your customer the best price possible.

How will you pay me my commission?

You can choose how you receive your commission. We can send you a cheque in the post, pay you via a BAC's transfer straight into your bank account, or you can receive high street shopping vouchers.

When will you pay me my commission?

We will arrange for payment to be made in the 4th week of every month, for the previous months policies.
