1. New Budget Van Insurance customers who purchase a policy between 23rd April 2010 and 30th June 2010 through www.gocompare.com will be automatically entered into a weekly prize draw to receive a BBQ Bucket and Beer (unless the person has exercised their right to Opt Out). Policies purchased through any other means will not be eligible for this promotion.

2. Customers not wishing to be entered into the prize draw to win the BBQ Bucket and Beer Pack should send an email to feedback@budgetinsurance.com with the words Opt Out and policy number.

3. There are 100 prizes to be won. The style and size of the BBQ Bucket may vary to that shown in the photographs which are for illustration purposes only.

4. The promotion is open to all entrants aged 18 or over and a UK resident. Employees of Budget and other third parties involved in this promotion and their families are excluded from taking part in this promotion.

5. No Cash alternative available.

6. 11 Packs will be given away each week in the first nine weeks during the promotional period and one pack in the final week. The 1st prize draw will take place on 2nd May, subsequent draws will take place on Monday of every week. Customers purchasing before midnight on the day before each weekly prize draw will be entered into that prize draw. Customers purchasing after midnight before each weekly draw will be entered into next weeks draw.

7. The final draw will take place on 1st July. All entries must be received before midnight 30th June 2010.

8. The pack will be sent to the winners within 28 days of each prize draw.

9. Promotion does not apply to existing policies or after policy amendments

10. The bucket and beer pack consist of one BBQ bucket only and a pack of 8 beers.

11. The prize will be delivered to the winners by UPS couriers. This will be a recorded delivery and will be tracked. If you are not in at the time of delivery, you should receive a card though the post and will need to pick up the package from the specified office where you will be asked to sign for it.

12. The decision of the Promoter in all matters is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

13. This promotion will be governed by English law.

14. For the winner’s name send a stamped addressed envelope to Marketing Department, Frontline, BGL Group Limited, Pegasus House, Bakewell Road, Orton Southgate, Peterborough, PE2 6YS.

15. The winner may be required to take part in reasonable publicity accompanying or resulting from the promotion. Participation in this competition will be taken to signify consent to this.
