In the event of an emergency in your home you will be covered for:

·         Total failure or breakdown of the main hot water or central heating system (boilers over 15 years old excluded, must be subject to an annual service)
·          Plumbing and drainage emergencies
·          Domestic power supply failure (including gas, electric and water)
·          Roof – damage to your roof caused by storm or fallen trees/branches
·          Pests – problems with pests in your home including adjoining outbuildings
