We are giving away a car insurance policy EVERY DAY throughout July. Entry into the draw is automatic when you take out a car insurance policy with BUDGET, online only. Each prize consists of a refund of your current policy - up to a maximum value of £500.

1. Entry Requirements and Restrictions

Entry is open to UK residents excluding employees of the BGL Group, third parties involved in this promotion and their families.

Entry to the draw is between 1st July and 31st July 2008 and is automatic when taking out a car insurance policy with BUDGET, online only. Alternatively, for free entry into the draw, send your name and address to Sophie Levings, BUDGET Insurance, Pegasus House, Bakewell Road, Orton Southgate, Peterborough, PE2 6YS. Entries submitted in any other manner will not be accepted and only one entry per person is permitted.

Entrants must be at least 18 years of age.

Entries from third parties will not be accepted.

2. Prize Summary

No cash or alternative prize will be offered however the promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal value. The prize is not transferable.

There is 1 free insurance prize to give away every day to a maximum value of £500. Entries received on the 1st July will be placed into a draw on the 2nd July and so on until the 1st August 2008. One winner will be drawn at random in each draw.

Entries will not be accepted after the close of business (17:00 GMT) on 31st July 2008.

3. Refunds: Inclusions and Restrictions

Each prize consists of a refund of your insurance premium for your current BUDGET policy up to a maximum value of £500. The refund will be payable provided that the policy has not been cancelled or voided for any reason within 30 days from the start of the policy. Once the 30 day period has elapsed, the price of the policy (up to a maximum of £500) will be refunded to the credit or debit card originally used to purchase the policy by way of an electronic transfer. Add on products, such as breakdown cover or Motor Legal Protection, are not included in this.

Any subsequent amendments/changes to the policy after the refund is paid are not included and must be paid for.

Any administration/cancellation fees are not included.

If the winner has purchased the insurance policy by way of monthly instalments, they will be refunded the amount of payments made to date (excluding any instalment charges) and the remainder of the instalment plan will be paid in full by BUDGET directly to the credit provider up to value of £500.

4. Exclusions

If the winner does not hold a current BUDGET policy they will receive a free BUDGET Insurance policy up to the value of £500. Add on products, such as breakdown cover or Motor Legal Protection, are not included.

Any subsequent amendments/changes to the policy are not included and must be paid for.

Any administration/cancellation fees are not included. The insurance is not transferable and is subject to the risk being acceptable to the BUDGET’s panel of underwriters.

The policy must be taken out within one month of the winner being notified.

5. Postal Entries

Proof of posting or sending an entry is not proof of receipt. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for incomplete entries or entries not properly completed or received due to technical, communication or other problems.

6. Notification of Winners

The winners will be notified by telephone or email within seven days of the promotion ending, and then by post.

The winning policies will be refunded by 31st August, 2008.

The decision of the Promoter in all matters is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Send a stamped, self-addressed envelope to the address shown below between 1st July 2008 and 31st July 2008 for details of the winners’ names and counties.

7. Marketing and PR

The winners may be required to take part in reasonable publicity resulting from the promotion, including the publication of their name, geographic location and photograph.
