Our Motor Legal Protection is designed to help you protect your legal rights.

If you are involved in an accident that is not your fault, you have a legal right to claim back your uninsured losses, (losses not covered by your car Insurance policy), from the person who caused the accident.

When you take out Motor Legal Protection, we will try to recover these losses for you and should you need to take legal action, we will appoint a solicitor to represent you.

Accidents are stressful enough but by taking out MLP cover with your Car insurance policy we could save you the inconvenience of managing this aspect of your claim and ensure you get the compensation you deserve.

Our Motor Legal Protection cover offers you the following benefits:

• We will help you get compensation for personal injury and cover for medical expenses resulting from the accident. This includes you and any passengers travelling with you who are involved in the accident
• Cover losses resulting from the accident: loss of earnings, phone bills and travel costs
• £100,000 legal cover: double the amount offered by some insurers
• Replacement Vehicle: A replacement vehicle if the car is unroadworthy or away being repaired following your car being immobilised after an accident that is not your fault. A maximum of 7 days for fault claims and until you are back on the road for non-fault claims. (Subject to availability)
