Within 3 working days of a payment being due and not being received, we will send you a letter to advise that:
If a second attempt to obtain the payment is made and is unsuccessful, we will send another letter advising what has happened and what needs to be done to avoid the car insurance policy being cancelled.
If payment is still not received within a further week, a third and final letter will give 7 days notice of cancellation of the car insurance policy, unless payment is made by credit card before the cancellation date. Note that you are still legally liable for the premiums for the period from the start of the car insurance policy until the cancellation date.
Note that we will not allow any changes to a car insurance policy while there are outstanding payment issues.
