What if I lose my Certificate of Motor Insurance?

• Call our Customer Services department on 0844 4122118 for car policies and they can arrange for a duplicate Certificate to be issued. For van policies please call 0844 4122120.
• Note that a reprint fee will apply (see Service and Administration fees).

Our Customer Services opening hours are:
 - Monday to Friday: 8am until 9pm
 - Saturday: 9am until 5pm
 - Sunday: Closed
