Is my car covered while being serviced?
- Any insurance cover you have for loss or damage to your car continues while the car is being repaired or serviced by a member of the motor trade, or being parked by an employee of a hotel or restaurant
- Do I have cover for a courtesy car while my car is being serviced or repaired?
- The garage will usually cover you to drive the courtesy car under their policy.
- If this is not the case, call us and we will arrange temporary cover for you to drive the courtesy car. We may insure the garage's courtesy car free of charge, but there will be an amendment fee for adding it to the policy. The cover will be identical to that of the insured car.
